The high ceilings and the large double wing doors give the apartment a very special ambiance. The apartment consists of an ante room, which leads to the kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasherm an electric stove, an oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker and cook- and dinnerware. From the kitchen you have access to the dining room furnished with a large wooden dining table and chairs.
The big living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, a TV set, a coffee table and a cosy chair. It even can be used as an additional bedroom on request.
In one of the bedrooms there is a big double bed (180 x 200 cm in size) and a closet. The second bedroom is split in two parts by a wall with a double bed (140 x 200 cm in size) on each side. Moreover there are roll out chairs which can be transformed into additional single beds if necessary.
The bathroom comes with a tub, a separate shower, a washing basin and a washing machine. Towels will be provided as well. The WC is in a separate room.

Location
The apartment building is centrally located at Franzensgasse, a small alley with lots of houses from the Biedermeier era in the inner district of Margareten. Just around the corner there is Vienna's most famous market, the Naschmarkt, where you can find a lot of Vienna's food specialities, cafés, bars and restaurants.
Within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance lies the historical centre of the city, the 1st district or Innere Stadt, where a lot of Vienna's famous attractions such as St. Charles Cathedral, the Imperial Palace, the State Opera or the Spanish Riding School can be found. The subway station Kettenbrückengasse is only some steps away from the apartment. From there the underground line U4 brings you to Karlsplatz/Innere Stadt in one stop.
Vienna's famous shopping street, the Mariahilfer Strasse can be reached by foot in only about 10 minutes. The Museumsquartier with the Museum of Modern Art and the Leopold Museum also is just a 10 - 15 minutes stroll away.
If you have enough of the historic center, how about a visit to Schönbrunn castle? It is only about 15 minutes away if you take the subway line U4. It is well worth a visit..
